Meditation is not just an experience of peace but a deep realisation that I am peace.
Meditating is easy but sometimes getting started needs a little explanation.
Initially we will have guided meditation sessions leveraging soft music, slowly we will graduate in our thought process to practise it at our will.
Prerequisites : There are no prerequisites, however a calm environment free from disturbance is must to avail benefits out of the session.
